使用方法 |

1. 準備已洗淨的米150g、水180ml, 倒進杯內輕輕攪混，然後浸30分鐘。浸好後可添加您喜歡的材料。

2.使用微波爐加熱。（500W：4分鐘、200W材料已解凍：7分鐘）

3.加熱後蓋上蓋，讓食材在杯內蒸10－15分鐘。

4.輕輕攪拌即可完成。
